How it works:
- Upload one reference image to any LLM (the author uses Qwen Chat) along with a carefully engineered system prompt; the LLM returns a production-ready character sheet prompt for a diffusion model.
- Feed that prompt into the ComfyUI workflow to generate a fully laid-out character sheet with turnarounds, expression studies, and detail grids.
