VeriLoop E2 3-bit quant beats Qwen 27B on real website-generation task

The author quantized VeriLoop E2 to 3-bit GSQ-RCO and compared it against Qwen 3.8 27B (UD Q4KM and IQ3XXS GSQ-RCO) on the same website-generation task. The VeriLoop E2 quant produced the best output while using the fewest tokens and running fastest. Quant released on Hugging Face (base: tsinghua-sigs-robot-lab/VeriLoop-E2).
