A Reddit user with reactive hypoglycemia says ChatGPT's voice mode saved him during a overnight blood-sugar crash. After mentioning a previous episode in an earlier chat, he wore a Freestyle Libre sensor. When his glucose plummeted to around 50 and he became incoherent, ChatGPT kept waking him up, prompting him to check readings and eat — he consumed a honey bun he barely remembers — and stayed on the line for over 1.5 hours until his wife got home.
