Laya: a 421M open-source model answers with probabilities in one 40ms forward pass

A solo developer released Laya, a 421M-parameter open-source model (Apache 2.0) that revives the discriminative paradigm: it takes text plus typed questions and returns answers with probabilities in a single forward pass — about 40ms on one T4 — generating no text at all.
