Grok Build v1.0.43 fixes MCP prompts going missing and hanging silently in minimal mode

Grok Build shipped v1.0.43 with a small but useful reliability fix for MCP workflows:
- MCP tool prompts now display correctly in minimal mode
- Users are notified when a prompt goes unanswered, instead of the interaction hanging silently
The previous update had also added transparency and workflow improvements: smart-auto turns now reveal which model actually served the request, a new grok worktree create command spins up managed worktrees without an interactive session, and Auto permission mode was renamed to the clearer Auto-review, alongside many rough-edge fixes around pasting, plan comments, inline images, and plugin hooks.
