Gemini CLI patch fixes headless mode falsely reporting untrusted folders as trusted

PR #29528 in gemini-cli fixes a split-brain bug where useFolderTrust in headless mode always reported onTrustChange(true) even for untrusted workspaces (#29031).
- Root cause: PR #18407 (Feb 2026) bypassed trust checks in headless mode and hardcoded onTrustChange(true); PR #25814 (April 2026) later introduced workspace trust enforcement but never updated the hook, leaving stale logic.
- Fix: the hook now propagates the actual resolved trust value (true/false/undefined) and suppresses the trust dialog in headless mode instead of falsely asserting trust.
- Ships tests covering all three trust states; no new eslint-disable rules.
