A user ran MiniMax H3 ref2vid (int8) locally on an RTX 3090 (24 GB VRAM + 48 GB RAM) via ComfyUI, generating a 15s 0.9MP video from 8 reference images and a 15s 1080p reference clip, measuring 6,294 seconds per step.
Setup used the default template with Lighting LoRA enabled (turbo 4-step ref2v) plus --use-sage-attention. After 7 hours of generation, the entire run was lost to an FFmpeg audio error (avcodecsendframe() returned 22). The poster is asking whether the speed is normal and how to fix the audio failure.
