OrcaSAQ-2 Cyber 27B: An Uncensored Local Model Built for Red Teamers

A 27B cybersecurity model aimed at red teaming and vulnerability research has been released, featuring zero refusal for payload generation and fully local deployment, so source code, logs and findings never leave your machine.
It supports 262K context, reaches 94.4% Top-1 agreement with the base model, and ships in GGUF format with DFlash2 speculative decoding. The author calls it the smallest serious cyber model in its class, suited for defensive red teaming, vulnerability research, and authorized security testing.
