yacinelearning observes a slowly brewing trend: bespoke software purpose-built for a company's own team. In two weeks he met three unrelated companies in very different industries wanting exactly that, and thinks it's going to be big. He quotes MLStreetTalk's thread: their team vibe-coded an agentic video editor (ReScript) through which every video this year was published; things got serious after Sonnet 3.5, Fable and Astra were the first models not terrible at long-form video editing in the right harness, and Opus 5.5 is "mind-blowingly good" and economical. Traditional software only covers a sliver of the long tail — now anyone can build custom tools.
