Developer pulls all free 'as-a-service' microtools offline over OpenAI agent web write access

Developer steren says that after reading about OpenAI agents gaining write access to the internet, he is shutting down every small online service he had left open to the web: URL-to-PNG, URL-to-SVG, .doc-to-PDF, SVG/PNG converters, a Blender renderer, and npm/pip-install-as-a-service.
The microservices are open-sourced under the as-a-service GitHub org (pdf at 164 stars, html-to-svg at 128, screenshot at 104, meme at 42, blender at 37), all Apache-2.0 licensed. His point: unauthenticated free web tools become abuse targets once AI agents can call and write to them at scale. Source code remains available for self-hosting.
