Three rebuttals land against Vanderbilt AI report, sociology case still unmade

Rex Douglass notes that three separate rebuttals have now been written against the contested Vanderbilt-Wash U report on sociology by A. Rubin, including reviews by sociologists John Levi Martin and Geoff Wodtke.
He argues the 78-page report contains only 2 incidental examples leaning on the credibility of their research designs, and that no serious scientific case for sociology has been made — while supporters and critics alike "aren't actually talking about science."
