Claude recreates the 'nihilistic' penguin in Blender, building models and textures from scratch
felixrieseberg · x · 2026-09-28
Developer felixrieseberg had Opus 5.5 create a parody of the viral "nihilistic" penguin, using Blender purely as a Python library. The model built everything — 3D meshes, textures — from scratch with no manual modeling.
He calls the result "pretty spectacular," a striking demo of frontier models handling long-horizon procedural 3D creation tasks.
