Andriy Burkov, author of The Hundred-Page Machine Learning Book, posted that when someone says they're building a technology with a 10% chance of wiping out humanity within a couple of years, there are only two options: either the person is a dangerous sociopath who must be forcibly hospitalized, or they're full of shit.
