OpenAI fixes bug degrading image understanding in GPT-6 Sol and Luna

OpenAI's dev account announced a fix for a bug that was degrading image understanding in GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna. Visual tasks in the API and Codex, including computer use, should now perform better.
