The workflow design is the valuable part:
- Each round ran 3 agents: two reviewers each picked 9-10 issues ranked P0/P1/P2, a third fixed them
- Round 1: 3D materials/lighting + UI and type; Round 2: camera motion/interaction + science communication; Round 3: a design-director ship/no-ship call + visual QA and performance
- Every P0 fixed, lower priorities only if worth it; reviewer disagreements were resolved with written rationale
- Backup before each round, screenshot checks after, with rollback
