Reimagine Robotics has customers teach factory robots, cutting per-skill training from 1 day to 10 minutes

Reimagine Robotics, founded by ex-DeepMind staff, lets factory operators teach humanoid robots on-site instead of requiring engineering teams for every new task. Its key metric is Time-to-Value: how fast a new task becomes a production-ready skill, targeting 10 minutes.
At plastics manufacturer Rectify, on a 12-step 3D-printing workflow:
- About two-thirds of tasks hit production-level performance from a single demonstration
- Harder tasks were corrected directly by employees on the floor
- Per-skill training time fell from 1 day to 10 minutes
The deeper shift is in the customer: from "can you automate this?" to "give us the tools, we'll teach it ourselves." On-site corrections become new skills and training data, making deployment part of the learning process — which could be what turns one successful deployment into many.
