Taborix unveils local home AI for families with age-banded parental controls

Taborix.ai has opened a public preview of Fig.01, a family-oriented AI system designed to run locally on hardware the household keeps, with parents in charge.
Key details:
- Every family member gets their own AI agent, and rules follow whoever is signed in, with age bands for adults, 16–17, 13–15, and under 13.
- Questions from children that need a parent are held until the parent taps Allow or Not now.
- A Wait & Wonder mode for under-13s is coming soon: kids share their own guesses first, and the AI only assists afterward, to protect curiosity.
- Family data stays private, siloed at home, and is never pooled with other families; parents control where it goes.
It is currently an invite-only family beta, pitched as an alternative to generic cloud AI that doesn't let parents govern the rules.
