Data scientist Hugo Bowne-Anderson says he now uses a video game controller (DualSense) plus voice for almost all his agentic desktop interactions.
His setup relies on InputConfig, a free open-source macOS controller mapper that maps PS5/Xbox/Switch Pro/8BitDo and even MIDI devices to keyboard and mouse input system-wide, with no drivers. It offers an unconventional input scheme for AI-driven desktop workflows and accessibility use.
