Dev builds VRChat fluid simulation world with Light Volumes support and night mode

Developer MichaelMoroz is finishing a VRChat fluid simulation world, adding basic Light Volumes support to the fluid and a night mode that makes liquids glint beautifully. A follow-up adds walkable terrain (where you can also pour fluid), a wall around the pool area, and a video player.
