GitHub released Copilot CLI v1.0.89-5. New: click-to-focus for askuser and elicitation form inputs; support for Claude Code rule files in .claude/rules as custom instructions; sidebar sessions show a blue dot for unopened turns. Fixes include extension loading under enterprise managed settings, Git failures from dropped empty env vars (Git 2.36+), real-time sidebar tab saving, and sandboxed agent shell access to session files and logs.
