Instinct launched Instinct Concierge, a white-glove phone service that books restaurants without online reservations, waits on dentist cancellation lists and sorts out cable bills, rolling out to early access users.
Voice company Phonic quickly countered: its human-like voice interface can automatically call DoorDash and ask for a refund on your behalf, no concierge needed — offering a $100 account credit to anyone interested. Together they show AI phone agents moving from premium human-backed service to fully automated, affordable territory.
