Epsilon's April 2026 consumer AI report, the source behind the earlier shopping thread:
- One-third of consumers use AI more than ever; millennials lead growth, 1 in 10 Gen Z use it less, Boomers are most likely never to have used it.
- 34% use AI at least once per day.
- 24% expect to use AI more in the next six months, citing ease of use and accessibility; privacy and security are the top reasons for cutting back.
- The report breaks down tools, use cases and pain points by generation, arguing marketers must adapt their strategies accordingly.
