Three-year ChatGPT power user says whole household banned with no appeal path

A long-time OpenAI customer (since GPT-3) recounts being banned for "Cyber Abuse," then losing his personal, newly created, and even his wife's barely-used accounts to "recidivism" flagging. Appeals were auto-denied, locking the whole household out and destroying three years of projects and context. He warns the recidivism rule means one flag can permanently ban every account OpenAI associates with you, and asks whether anyone has recovered access or data.
