Founder predicts frontier models will absorb vertical AI; moats shrink to data and action access

Extending his thread on agent product costs, Maxime Germain predicts that as models get more powerful and cheaper, frontier models will cover all verticalized use cases — specialized harnesses and agent loops will be viewed like 2023-era RAG tactics.
His takeaway: within 12-24 months, unique data access and action access will be the only real moat.
