Sentry CEO David Cramer explains the transcript view of his AI agent's junior sessions:
- The Slack icon means a message was also sent to Slack.
- Cards in the view are annotations — arbitrary but typed; here, a code change card (a PR).
- PR check events are actually conversation turns triggered automatically by external events, just rendered differently.
- The buried events are normal tool calls and thinking messages.
A useful design pattern for folding external system events into a unified agent conversation stream.
