The author A/B tested the same question on Gemini Flash: asked plainly it returned a long answer with many options; adding one instruction — 'Before answering, explain in one sentence what you think I'm actually asking, then answer only what's relevant to that' — made responses noticeably more focused. They invite others to share similar micro-prompts.
