Running NixOS on DGX Spark: open-source project ships USB images and Nix module
_nateraw · x · 2026-09-27
An open-source project (graham33/nixos-dgx-spark, 205 stars) makes Nix/NixOS work on NVIDIA DGX Spark. It offers two paths: using Nix dev shells and playbooks on stock DGX OS (Ubuntu), or fully installing NixOS via USB images and a dedicated NixOS module. It also works on the Asus Ascent GX10. The repo covers kernel configs, containers, patches, and nixos-anywhere deployment, with a 5-minute Planet Nix lightning talk as intro.
