AI fairness researcher Deborah Raji to join Stanford CS as assistant professor

Deborah Raji announced she has completed her PhD at Berkeley EECS and will start as an Assistant Professor at Stanford CS in Fall 2027, also becoming a center fellow at Stanford HAI. In the interim, she will spend a year at the IAS in Princeton. Raji is well known for her work on AI fairness and model audits.
