Jared Sleeper launched a daily series: each day he picks one startup from Lenny's top 100 list and sketches the most ambitious case for its future — founding story, what it's building, and how big it could get. Day one is medical AI company Abridge: founded in 2018 by Shivdev Rao, Sandeep Konam, and Florian Metze to help patients record and follow through on healthcare conversations (USV led Series A); in August 2022 it raised a Series A-1 from Wittington Ventures and pivoted to enterprise, competing with Nuance's DAX ambient listening product, growing explosively with $750m+ raised.
