Y Combinator spotlights portfolio company Cosmic Robotics, which builds machines to automate construction work that's still done by hand — a bottleneck for solar farms, data centers, and other critical infrastructure. Its robots have installed 11,000 solar panels and just signed a major contract with the largest construction company in the US. The long-term vision: construction robots for Earth today, the Moon and Mars eventually.
