Michael Levin's peer-reviewed 'Platonic Space' paper is out — his most contested claim yet

Biologist Michael Levin announced the official peer-reviewed revision of his 'Platonic Space' paper — by far the most heavily pushed-back position of his career, which spans embryonic left-right asymmetry, bioelectricity, and diverse intelligence.
He also penned a tribute to the late philosopher Daniel Dennett: as an undergrad in 1991, Levin wrote a term paper on nearly the same topic in Dennett's philosophy of mind course, and Dennett engaged fairly despite hating the conclusion. Levin regrets not finishing this paper in time to show him, convinced Dennett would have steel-manned and then sharply critiqued its dualist implications.
