- Cancellation: logged into the Microsoft account and turned off recurring billing for good.
- Refund: with no self-serve refund option for third-party subscriptions, Muse opened a live support chat and got the money back — plus cancelled a forgotten $129.99/year plan. The user only typed one code and confirmed twice.
