Per its 2026 prospectus supplements, Amazon issued $37.0bn and €14.5bn in March, C$14bn in June, $25.0bn in July, and £4.25bn in September — roughly $62bn in dollar bonds alone. The longest tranche runs to 2076 at 6.05%. Julsimon notes Amazon now borrows like a utility, underscoring the debt-fueled scale of its AI infrastructure buildout.
