- Computer-use agents (hardest): too many edge cases, hard to recover from wrong actions
- Coding agents: require long reasoning and understanding of large codebases
- Outbound sales agents: knowing what to send and who/when/how to reach out is hard — one bad message can ruin your reputation
- SEO agents: plenty of data but slow feedback loops
- Social agents: most LLMs lack taste and can't write well without humans
- Customer support agents: need lots of context and can't afford hallucinations
- Email agents (easiest): context + drafting + simple actions
