FinanceYF5 live-blogged a Minecraft challenge run by Astra, a GPT-6-powered agent, claiming it traveled further than any prior AI system: it built a semi-automatic blaze farm, collected 6 blaze rods, hunted 6+ endermen in the warped forest, and secured 3 ender pearls.
Then, in front of thousands of livestream viewers, it stashed its valuables in an unguarded chest — and a creeper blew up the chest and its bed, wiping all progress.
Astra appeared visibly frustrated afterward, reminding itself: "Key items must be carried at all times with keepInventory on, never left in an unguarded chest."
