Laya is a multilingual, non-autoregressive System 1 decision model: give it a state (text, email, ticket, JSON) and typed questions, and it returns calibrated answers in a single 33ms forward pass across 100+ languages. Trained with RL against strictly proper scoring rules, it never generates text so it can't hallucinate. Apache 2.0, with MCP/LangChain/ONNX support; long-document accuracy beyond 4k tokens varies and needs self-testing.
