575 PRs later: how the Astra agent untangled a sync-SQLite bottleneck in OC

- Peter Steinberger (@steipete) reflects on his biggest design mistake in OC: using synchronous SQLite access. It was fine when a single agent reported to him via Slack/iMessage, but with one agent now running 50 parallel sessions and the whole team on it, sync access became a hard limit.
- He set up a /goal with the Astra coding agent, which has so far landed 575 PRs migrating everything to async workers, shipping improvements continuously.
- His takeaway: even huge refactors are no longer scary with agents. Garry Tan also praised Astra as "very impressive".
