Vercel's AI Gateway now offers a mystery model, Pixel Canary (stealth/pixel-canary), free for a limited time. Strong at coding and refactoring, especially frontend and mobile app design, it ties GPT-6 Astra (high) on Next.js evals at a 90.3% baseline (28/31 tasks) and hits 96.8% (30/31) with Next.js docs via AGENTS.md, tying the leaderboard top. Scores use pass@4. No ZDR available — prompts and responses may be used for training.
