App Store Connect CLI 5.6.0 ships one-command screenshot uploads and smarter signing

The open-source App Store Connect CLI (7.4k stars) released v5.6.0 with major workflow improvements for iOS release automation.
- Screenshot uploads now take a single asc screenshots upload command instead of hunting down localization IDs
- asc builds upload --wait prints the build ID and surfaces Apple's actual processing errors instead of just the state
- What to Test notes preserve Hindi, Thai, Hebrew, and Arabic marks; emojis Apple rejects fail locally with per-character errors, and missing TestFlight localizations are auto-created
- New --if-exists fail|skip|update flag lets release scripts rerun without dying on "already exists"
- Manual signing settings can be inferred per target from provisioning profiles, with export options written automatically
- Dedicated signing keychains for CI (unlock/lock/timeout/delete) with stdin password handling and safety guardrails
- Expired profiles are skipped and can be batch-deleted with a dry-run preview; --match-extensions fetches profiles for widgets and App Clips in one run
