Agents should negotiate minimal context, not share your memory with merchants

A discussion of agent design principles: you don't trade your memory with Home Depot — your agent negotiates with theirs and reveals only the minimum useful context for the moment.
Example framing: "I'm repairing this. Here are the measurements. I own these tools. You may use this information for this purpose, for this visit. Nothing else."
