Multiple users report OpenAI Codex is down. One user found Codex being rejected by OpenAI's own API with a "401 Incorrect API key" error for an sk-svcac key they never set, despite being signed in with ChatGPT. Others report long-running tasks stuck on "Reconnecting" indefinitely.
