DHH declares hand-written code over: 37signals now treats hand-written lines as bugs

Quoting DHH's Rails World statement, the author reports 37signals has gone "pencils down": a hand-written line of code is now an exception treated like a bug. He predicts most programmers stop hand-coding this year, nearly all by December, and threads out what changes.
