Only Labs targets the layer after agent memory: permission and evidence

Responding to Scobleizer's note that at least two startups are entering the agent memory space, Only Labs says it is not building another memory store but the layer after memory: what an agent is allowed to carry forward, what evidence travels with it, and what happens when that evidence or authority changes.
