Claude Code 2.1.283 adds gateway prompt grouping header and exact model allowlisting

Claude Code CLI 2.1.283 shipped 21 hours after the previous release: it adds an x-claude-code-prompt-id gateway hint header (opt-in via CLAUDECODEGATEWAYHINTHEADERS=1) so LLM gateways can group requests serving one user prompt, plus an availableModelsMatch: exact managed setting that blocks new model versions until explicitly listed. It also adds --client-data-url and removes a large set of env vars, including the CLAUDECODESKIP cloud auth bypasses and multiple DISABLEPROMPTCACHING flags, and drops model identifiers like claude-haiku-4-5.
