Running multiple Claude/Codex sessions on NPM? Switch to pnpm and save tens of GB

Developer altryne warns that running multiple Claude/Codex agent sessions while still using NPM will wreck your disk with duplicated nodemodules. He suggests asking your agents to quantify the savings from moving to pnpm — in his case tens of GBs — and recommends tobi's Disktree tool for auditing disk usage.
Reproducible move: have your coding agent migrate the lockfile to pnpm, then verify savings with Disktree.
