The author shares his favourite @Muse use case: automatically picking his monthly @Nuuly clothing rental box. Choosing 5-6 pieces used to take hours of scrolling reviews and checking sizing, so he set Muse on the task. The agent reviewed his rental history, favorites and preferred sizes, checked what was actually available for October, read reviews (including from renters his height), and factored in NYC October weather and calendar events to curate a shortlist — even suggesting a chic fall wool coat. He says it saved hours and was genuinely fun.
