Having AI build its own asset creation tools first pays off for 3D scene generation

The author shares a trick for AI-generated 3D city scenes: have the model first create its own small-sized asset creation tools. Describing the tools' features in the prompt makes the model actually use them — e.g. applying texture-creation capabilities to scene objects. First attempts looked decent, and asking for extras like fire escapes and vehicle details further improved quality.
