Lambda CTO says AI compute won't commoditize, targets 3GW capacity by 2030

Lambda co-founder and CTO Stephen Balaban argued at Yotta 2026 that AI compute is not becoming a commodity. The industry is building vertically integrated infrastructure spanning software, networking, physical sites, and power. Lambda is targeting 3 GW of AI compute capacity by 2030.
