One prompt, zero libraries: Opus 5.5 builds polished vanilla JS motion graphics in Claude Code
EricBuess · x · 2026-09-26
EricBuess replicated @kenn's experiment: a single prompt in Claude Code on the Mac app, running Opus 5.5 at xhigh, produced a polished motion-graphics page. Asked which JS library powered the animations, the model answered "vanilla js" — everything hand-rolled with no third-party dependencies.
The demo is being shared widely as a new benchmark for single-prompt output quality, with the model autonomously deciding to skip existing animation libraries.
