TypesafeAI, an AI startup that just left stealth with a $40M seed, has been emailing people asking them to delete public forks of an observability dashboard it once left public on GitHub.
The tweet points out the futility: making the source repo private doesn't remove forks — that's how GitHub works. The company apparently published its own "GPU babysitter" and is now trying to claw it back, to the amusement of the AI community.
